MS Amma’s 90th birthday

MssPeople generally think that a ‘Philanthropist” is someone who donates large amount of money.  But Philanthropy actually means “Love of human kind”.  Therefore in the literal sense of the word Smt. Subbulakshmi fondly called Ms. Amma was one of the greatest philanthropists.  MS Amma's 90th birthday was celebrated at Sankara Nethralaya on 9th October 2006.
